The Cuban General Rogelio Acevedo Gonzales

The Cuban General Rogelio Acevedo Gonzales was officially dismissed from his post as president of the Civil Aviation, a very strategic post he was occupying since 1989. Officially it is said that Acevedo will fill another position. It is known that particular audit checks had been carried out of the Civil Aviation recently. But widely spread rumours also say that the General had been hiding large amounts of money collected from money laudring related to drug trafficking. If there is any truth about drug affairs in the Civil Aviation, there is no doubt that the government is behind. But hiding money that the Castro-brothers, are eager to control  is something different and for sure not appreciated by the already very wealthy brothers.

Fidel Castro started with drug affairs already in the Sierra Maestra, where he cultivated marijuana. When Fidel Castro feared that he would be abducted by the US government and imprisoned like the Panamanian President Noriega for drug trafficking, he staged the famous trial against some of his close subordinates. Among these were General Arnaldo Ochoa, the famous general who lead the Cubans in the war in Angola,  and the General and Minister of Interior José Aberante, also called “El Tenebroso” (The Terrible). Ochoa was executed by a firing squad and Aberante died mysteriously in prison. This trial and particularly the execution of the appreciated and much respected General Ochoa astonished and deceived most Cubans. During the trial against Ochoa, which was sent on the Cuban TV, it became painfully evident that  the drug dealings had been carried out with the blessing of Fidel Castro himself. This can be see in the extract second video below, where one very nervous, but extremely corageous cuban security agent gives his testimony to this fact.

If there would be any accusations against General Acevedo related to drug trafficking (unlikely though), it is important to remember that in the militarised and strictly controlled Cuba, such things as money laundring and drug trafficking, involving civil aviation and boarders,  cannot possibly take place without the knowledge and assent of the Castro-brothers. One of the methods of smuggling which was used in the 1980’ ies was to let small planes from abroad drop packages of drugs in the sea close to Cuba, which Cuban boats picked up. Later fast going small boats from Miami collected the drugs and smuggled them into the US. This is described in the first video below, where witnesses also point to the  fact that  both Fidel and Raúl Castro were permitting this drugtrafficking.

Proof of the Castro regime's involvement with the narcotraffic in Cuba. qbacreative

Cuban military captain Miguel Ruiz Po has nervous breakdown when he speaks about Fidel Castro's involvement during Cuba's high level drug trials in 1989. The fear of death is very powerful. Notice the scared faces of everyone in the trial when he makes such a daring statement. In the communist island that means firing squads and high level purges, something that indeed happened after the trials. cubano1979
