Terrorist weapons warehouse sparked deadly Rafah fire, IDF says

Israel Defense Forces are investigating after an airstrike aimed at Hamas terrorists killed Palestinian civilians. The IDF says the missiles alone would not have been enough to ignite the fire that caused many deaths.

Israeli tanks advanced into central Rafah for the first time on Tuesday. This as at least 45 Palestinians are dead and 2 Hamas leaders also killed in an Israeli airstrike. Israel's prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu calling the strike a 'mishap.' According to Reuters in a speech to the Israeli parliament on Monday, Netanyahu said, "In Rafah, we already evacuated about one million non-combatants residents and despite our upmost effort not to harm non-combatants, something unfortunately went tragically wrong. We are investigating the incident and will reach conclusions because this is our policy."
