Russia withdraws from Chernihiv, residents wait for aid

People in the northern Ukrainian city of Chernihiv are waiting for humanitarian assistance, after Russian troops have finally left.
Some residents say an electricity blackout means they are struggling to inform the government about their dire living conditions.
