The Tate Modern's Turbine Hall is a space which has played host to installations by some of the world's leading contemporary artists. The most recent to tackle it is Cuban conceptual artist Tania Bruguera whose pieces and immersive performances have attracted international acclaim but prolonged harassment from the Cuban authorities. She talks to Stephen Sackur. Is she artist, activist or both?
